Xperteez Technology is seeking Technical Writing Specialists to contribute to a writing-intensive customer project focused on developer and product documentation.

Successful candidates will apply their expertise to help train next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) systems through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required; relevant domain knowledge is what matters.

Experts in this engagement are expected to demonstrate strong analytical thinking and precise communication skills to synthesise complex technical concepts and deliver clear, effective documentation for different audiences.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret source technical materials, including API references, developer guides and release notes, to produce well-structured documentation.
• Create and edit high-quality technical content, including guides, tutorials and architecture documents, to clarify complex topics for audiences ranging from developers to business stakeholders.
• Apply information architecture best practices to organise and present documentation for usability, discoverability and scalability.
• Implement and follow style guides, docs-as-code standards and editorial guidelines to ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Evaluate existing documentation for clarity, completeness and accuracy, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Explain documentation decisions, trade-offs and reasoning clearly to stakeholders and collaborators through written narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience producing developer or product documentation, such as API documentation, integration guides, onboarding materials, tutorials or release notes.
• Expertise in technical writing, information architecture and editing for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesise complex concepts and communicate them simply and concisely.
• Proficiency in docs-as-code workflows, including Markdown, Git and CI/CD, and experience applying style guides such as Microsoft, Google or customised guidelines.
• Exceptional written English and attention to detail in grammar, structure and terminology.
• Experience owning the structure, quality and strategy of complete documentation sets.
• Background with leading universities or highly regarded organisations is especially valued.
